Service Network Mapping

We have created a new tool to help connect organizations, donors and community foundations that serve the Tahoe Region. The Service Network Map is an interactive data visualization platform representing local service providers including nonprofits, government agencies, schools, civic and business leagues, the four community foundations in the region, and veterans' organizations. The Map allows us to better understand our shared connections to issues and related initiatives underway within the region.

In 2018 we invited local organizations to participate in this process by submitting information through an online survey. We asked organizations to provide information including their mission statement, areas of focus, budget, staffing and the number of people served through their work.

This tool serves as an interactive, graphic representation of services and a source of information about organizations with complementary missions. We hope it will spur new partnerships and leverage future efforts. Contact information is provided for each organization, allowing you to reach out to learn more, possibly foster a partnership, or benefit from the programs and services offered.
